There has been a major push towards Rapier Looms in the jute industry, due to their higher productivity, lower energy consumption per pick and better quality of cloth produced. These modern looms require specially engineered, high-precision parts due to greater carrier speeds (upto 3 times faster), and lower shed depths. The company has made a move towards developing replacement parts for this segment.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
We are currently working in collaboration with jute plants in Bengal to develop parts for the newly installed looms. This would aid clients in continuing optimal use of these high-tech modern assets.
PARTS AND ASSEMBLIES
We are in process to cover all major components required for modern looms. Currently we deal in the major runners, tensioners, tension flanges, cams and shafts being used in these machines.
